This enriching program is designed for international university students who are seeking to advance their academic knowledge and enhance their awareness of global competencies while improving their English skills. Through engagement in core classes focused on undergraduate-level literacy and sustainable development, as well as a variety of rotating courses, students will improve their English abilities, acquire practical or applicable skills, and become familiar with the University of California campus culture. This program enables students to gain a greater understanding of their own capabilities, which will help them be successful throughout their undergraduate education.

The program features core academic preparation and a variety of rotating content-based courses on various topics. The curriculum emphasizes skill building and language development and provides opportunities for practical application in the classroom and in real-life situations.
