After receiving practical, one-on-one training in audio engineering and music production with a seasoned professional, the next step is to become certified in Pro Tools™. We are proud and excited to offer this opportunity through the Recording Connection's Pro Tools™ Certification Programs. This tells the industry that you are no longer a student, but a certified professional, ready to tackle any project.

You are eligible to take our audio certification programs if you:

• Have graduated from the Recording Connection course in Audio Engineering and Music Production; OR
• Have graduated with a certificate, diploma or degree from another audio school.

By getting tested and certified in Pro Tools™ at The Recording Connection, you are demonstrating to over 5,000 producers and engineers worldwide that you have the skills needed to work with them as a producer/engineer or assistant engineer.

How it works

Our Pro Tools™ Audio Certification program includes two separate exams—a written test and a practical exam. Passing both exams satisfactorily gives you the certification credentials you need for your resume and portfolio and helps you to fast-track your career. This certification is an excellent complement to your Recording Connection Certificate of Completion that can help you get hired more quickly and get more gigs.

Whether you attended school at the Recording Connection or another institution, the Recording Connection Pro Tools™ Certification Courses are further proof that you are qualified to work in the music recording industry.
