• 100% pediatric anesthesia in a newly build children's hospital
• Collaborate with 3 other pediatric anesthesiologists, 20+ anesthesiologists, and around 80 CRNAs
• Supervisory-focused practice that allows you to lead without micromanaging
• Diverse pediatric cases including ENT, general surgery, neuro, trauma, and orthopedics (no cardiac)
• Guaranteed post-call day off
Compensation:
• Guaranteed base salary year-one of $575k-590k plus a $75k sign-on bonus
• 12 weeks of PTO to truly disconnect & recharge
