A thriving, independent health system in southern Wisconsin is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join its growing team. With a brand-new specialty clinic opening in 2026 and a strong support structure already in place, this is a rare opportunity to build your ideal practice in a community that values innovation, balance, and patient-centered care.Position Details:
• Step into a busy comprehensive Ophthalmology practice immediately
• General comprehensive Ophthalmology practice with higher volumes in cataract surgery & glaucoma
• 3, 4, or 5 Day Work Week Available
• $600K+ earning potential & $75,000 signing bonus
• Dedicated OR days + Skilled OR team that can flip rooms quickly
• Partner with a team of 5 optometrists, techs, and MAs to provide comprehensive care to patients in the region
