Position Summary:

The Director of Inside Sales is responsible for driving sales goals of 36 Inside Sales Representatives and maximizing transaction quality and volume by supporting the External Sales Team through the management of the Agent Development Team. Candidate will possess 8 + years of previous experience in Telemarketing Sales and/or related field. Responsible for the administration and execution of Company plans, policies and procedures, and will be responsible for developing and achieving specific service goals and operational objectives, targets and quotas. The successful candidate will understand how to maximize store sales, manage agent attrition, while improving service quality. Key to the role is an ability and willingness to use performance management processes to lead the Agent Development Sales Team.

Requirements:

• Support our agents by partnering with marketing team in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
• Participates with business unit leadership to develop and execute sales strategy to meet business objectives.
• Maintains an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated market to anticipate changing customer needs; proactively manages customer base.
• Lead 36 Inside Sales Representatives in Miami HQ and offshore.
• Communicate and interact with all project stakeholders including all levels of users and senior management

Qualifications:

• 8 + years of proven sales experience, with 3 + year minimum in Outbound and Inbound Phones Sales and minimum of 3 years People Management experience.
• Proven Telesales Management Experience
• Ambitious, Energetic, Confident, with a Strong Work Ethic
• Bilingual Skills required: English and Spanish
