Job Summary: Butternut Mountain Farm is seeking a senior, hands-on Director of Marketing to help shape the next phase of growth for our national, multi-channel business.
This role is designed for a commercially oriented marketing integrator — someone who understands how marketing supports revenue growth, customer development, brand strength, and market opportunity. The right person will bring CPG experience, strong partnership with Sales, and the ability to turn business priorities into clear stories, practical tools, and focused action.
This leader will help Marketing become a stronger growth partner to the business by bringing clearer priorities, stronger execution, better market-facing materials, and greater discipline to how marketing work is planned, measured, and delivered.
Location: Hybrid flexibility considered, with regular in-person time in Morrisville, Vermont. Because this role works closely with Sales, Operations, leadership, and external partners, meaningful connection to the business and its people will be important.
