As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be at the forefront of patient care, handling a wide spectrum of medical conditions and injuries. Your ability to assess and treat quickly, especially during the onset of acute illness or trauma, will be crucial. You will work closely with the emergency room team leader and acute care nurse to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on immediate needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Perform treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians accurately and promptly
• Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs
• Maintain confidentiality and provide care in a non-discriminatory manner
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current licensure in good standing in the state of California
• ACLS, PALS, and CPR certification required; NRP and TNCC required within one year of hire
