Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations within a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This is a unique opportunity to deliver restaurant-quality dining in a senior living environment that values hospitality, creativity, and elevated culinary experiences.
This role oversees dining services across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, with a strong focus on scratch cooking, seasonal menus, and chef-driven cuisine. The Executive Chef will lead a team of chef managers and culinary staff, driving both day-to-day execution and long-term culinary strategy.
This is an ideal role for a chef who takes pride in their craft and is looking to bring high-level culinary standards into a setting where food plays a meaningful role in residents? daily lives.
COMPENSATION: This position has a base salary between $80,000 - $90,000 per year.

Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience
At least 2 years in a management role preferred
Requires a culinary degree or equivalent experience
Ability to multi-task
Ability to simplify the agenda for the team
Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
This includes experiential knowledge required for management of people and/or problems.
Requires oral, reading, and written communication skills
