Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician in Morgantown Metro Area, West Virginia

A leading health system in West Virginia is seeking Family Medicine / Primary Care physicians to join a growing network of ambulatory practices surrounding the Morgantown metro area. This is an outpatient-only opportunity offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and minimal call.

• Opportunity Highlights:Outpatient-only schedule with no inpatient or obstetrics responsibilities
• Flexible 40-hour workweek with options to suit work life balance
• Productivity upside supported by strong volume across Monongalia County, Marion County, and Preston County sites
• Optional teaching: work with medical students and residents only if desired
• Department supported by faculty development and robust research infrastructure
• Ability to tailor patient panels, explore special interests, and use administrative time as needed
• Multi-site practice options, including Fairmont, Reedsville (rural), and Morgantown (Student Health tie-in)

• Compensation:Competitive base salary with productivity incentive
• Quality Incentive -1% of base salary per metric (6–7 quality metrics available)
• Sign-on bonus
• Training stipend available
• Relocation stipend
• Quality improvement projects count toward CME
