• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site efficiently.
• Perform delivery setups and pickups (load and unload trucks)
• Install, configure, and maintain pump systems.
• Regular maintenance and updates on equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Document and report service activities, including issues and resolutions.
• Maintain and manage inventory of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Train clients and end-users in system operation and maintenance.
• Travel to various client locations as required for service appointments.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
• Proven experience as a field technician or in a similar technical support role
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures
