Centrillium Protein is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position supports daily production operations in a meat processing facility while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.Responsibilities:Process, trim, cut, and package meat productsHandle raw and finished products safely and efficientlyFollow all food safety and quality standards (GMPs, HACCP, USDA)Maintain a clean and organized work environmentOperate basic tools and equipment as assignedPerform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production settingInspect products to ensure quality standards are metFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPEQualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing or food production preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in cold, wet, and fast-paced environmentsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksMust be dependable with good attendanceAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 60 lbsAbility to stand, bend, and walk for long periodsComfortable working in refrigerated conditionsSchedule:Full-time positionOvertime and weekends as neededBenefits:Competitive hourly payOvertime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)401(k) optionsWork Environment:Cold and refrigerated facilityFast-paced production environmentApply now and showcase your skills and experience
