Job Summary and Qualifications

Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are currently seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist on a full-time basis to perform a variety of interventional and diagnostic procedures including arterial runoffs, venograms, body IR, embolizations and neuro/stroke interventions. Rotating call assignments are critical and required.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Demonstrate accountability, professionalism and responsibility in safely performing a variety of interventional and diagnostic procedures
Provide safe and compassionate care to our patients
Perform highly technical procedures in accordance with standard operating procedure/policy in a timely manner
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
Obtain high-quality images, maintain sterile technique, assist various physicians, obtain and document pertinent information related to patient/procedure
Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, vendor partners and fellow caregivers
Required participation in rotating call

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program at an accredited institution
Current/Active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
Current ARRT credential
Minimum of 1 – 3 years licensed experience in Radiology
Angio, Peripheral and Neuro experience a plus
BLS required upon hire
