As a ServiceMaster Service Partner, you belong to a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients. Currently we are looking for part time every other week night or weekend. We have an immediate opening at a business in New Berlin, to be completed every other week, on weekends or after 6PM weekdays. It is a 2.5 hour per cleaning, paying $17.00 per hour. Near Calhoun and Lincoln Avenue.

Our essential team members enjoy: $50 signing bonus (after 90 days).

Janitorial Cleaner Job Position Description:

This Janitorial Cleaner position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Overall duties include removing debris and maintaining common space areas
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, clean, and maintaining restrooms
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Clean all common space areas including kitchen, cafeteria, lobby, and break room
• Monitor, clean, service and restock bathrooms
• Respond immediately to any major spills or other cleaning crisis

Physical demands and qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• 0-1 year experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required
• Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
