Lot Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working outdoors and seeing the results of your work? We're looking for a reliable Lot Maintenance Technician to join our Enhancements team. In this role, you'll perform parking lot sweeping, striping, and general exterior maintenance, helping ensure commercial properties remain safe, clean, and visually appealing.

This is a field-based position working closely with the Production Manager to deliver high-quality results while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

What You'll Do

Perform lot sweeping, striping, and maintenance tasks per schedule
Operate equipment such as sweepers, blowers, and line stripers
Load and transport materials and tools to job sites
Follow site maps, layouts, and work orders
Ensure all work meets quality and client expectations

Documentation & Reporting
Clock in/out and log work using Aspire Mobile
Track materials and submit daily summaries
Report job progress, issues, and equipment concerns

Equipment & Safety
Conduct daily inspections of tools and vehicles
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment
Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
Report incidents or hazards immediately

What We're Looking For
✔️ 1+ year experience in lot maintenance, striping, sweeping, or similar work
✔️ Familiarity with sweepers, stripers, and basic tools
✔️ Strong attention to detail and time management
✔️ Self-motivated and able to work independently
✔️ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✔️ Reliable transportation to job sites
✔️ High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Working Conditions
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Flexible hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends
Frequent physical activity (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling)
Uniform required with professional appearance
