Manager, Innovation

General Summary:

Under the supervision of the Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer, the Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to deploy initiatives and solutions as they relate to forming strategic partnerships, licensing Intellectual Property, co-developing technologies, and actualizing System data assets with the objective of providing System-wide solutions that will enhance both the patient and provider experiences.

The Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing Innovation Fellows to launch and operationalize innovation projects.

Education/Experience Required:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent experience.

Two years of training, education, and/or work experience in: working with early stage healthcare companies, incubators and accelerators; knowledge of healthcare technologies using artificial intelligence and machine learning; working knowledge of actualizing healthcare data for commercialization and commercial partnerships; broad knowledge of digital health platforms using data to derive value, and their applications in a provider environment.
