Mount Sinai Services at NYC Health+Hospitals/Queens is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join the Queens Cancer Center to lead benign hematology and sickle cell services. The Queens Cancer Center of Excellence is the only established cancer center within the NYC Health+Hospitals System. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a mission-driven, high-acuity environment within a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team.The qualified candidate will join an experienced and collegial group of medical oncologists/ hematologists, as well as advanced practice providers, nurses, nutritionists and social workers. The hematology service has a robust team including advance practice provider, social worker, community health liaison, and a program manager, which provides comprehensive, integrated care and serves a diverse community of patients.
Faculty hold academic appointments at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, with opportunities for teaching and research.
Responsibilities include:
