Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist - Contract-to-Hire (34215) (Cortez)
Location: Cortez, Fl, 34215, US

- $43–$50/hour (based on experience)
- Weekly Pay – Every Friday
- Health Benefits Eligible Day One
- Full-Time Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Contract-to-Hire → Permanent Opportunity
- Evaluate and diagnose patient movement and mobility issues
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery expectations
- Help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Experience with EMR/EHR preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
