The Opportunity

Up to $150K sign on bonus for qualified candidates.

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.

Significant EM experience required.

Current IN state license is a plus.

The Practice – A Dual Hospital System

Union Hospital Clinton – Clinton, Indiana

Union Hospital Terre Haute – Terre Haute, Indiana

A 275-bed facility that sees over 57,000 patients each year.

Level III Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Certified, STEMI Center, and an Accredited Chest Pain center.

47-bed Emergency Department with sub-specialty backups excluding ophthalmology and OMFS.

25% admit rate and an annual ED volume of 69,981 patients.

24/7 Vituity scribe support as well as Vituity-staffed hospitalists, ICU, and teleneurologists offering integrated care solutions at the site.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
