Seeking an experienced property manager to oversee operations of a 176-unit lihtc property. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, managing occupancy, supervising staff, overseeing maintenance, and fostering a positive resident community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations, budget, and compliance with lihtc, hud, and local regulations.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Supervise staff and ensure maintenance standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Strong knowledge of lihtc and hud regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
