Job specification

Provide patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and post-surgical care as needed.
Monitor patients' conditions, communicate changes to physicians, and adjust care plans accordingly.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and follow-up care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Candidate requirements

Current RN license in Alabama.

1-2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical unit is preferred.

BLS certification required; ACLS certification is a plus.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
