Senior Analyst

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Analyst with a Secret Clearance to join our team in McAlester, OK. Position responsibilities include:

• Performing critical project management, technical, or business analysis of major Defense acquisition systems and providing recommendations to ensure project success.
• Providing project analysis support for all aspects of the project.
• Participating as a member of and/or supporting the specified Project and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting technical data and financial information relating to projects.
• Tracking project status and schedules.

Position requirements include:

• Education: MS or MA degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management, or a related technical discipline. Allowable substitution: BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Management, or a related technical discipline and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant technical experience may be substituted for a MS or MA degree.
• Experience: At least ten (10) years of recent and relevant technical experience in project management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to systems acquisition and life cycle management with a minimum of six (6) years out of the previous ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience related to analysis and planning. Demonstrated knowledge of Defense policy and documentation related to Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD Form 254 (as specified in the DoD 5000 series). Experience in processing acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military projects. Demonstrated experience in the project status, earned value management, and schedules. Must be able to attain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
