Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.

This opportunity is in Leeds, Massachusetts, a small village within Northampton in the Pioneer Valley region of Western Massachusetts. The area is known for classic New England charm, mountain scenery, hiking trails, arts, and vibrant nearby college towns.
Job Details
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Rehab
Schedule: Monday–Friday Day Shift
Patient Population: Geriatric, post-acute rehab, long-term care
Typical Caseload: Orthopedic recovery, stroke rehab, mobility deficits, generalized weakness, balance training, post-surgical rehab
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat SNF patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery
Focus on improving mobility, transfers, gait, balance, endurance, and overall independence
Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing staff, physicians, and case management
Complete evaluations, progress notes, recerts, and discharge documentation
Educate patients and families on safety and functional mobility
Preferred Experience
SNF or rehab experience preferred
New grads may be considered depending on facility support
Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred
Productivity standards typical of SNF environments
