- Partner with sales, marketing, and production teams to drive short- and long-term growth
- Build and execute strategic sales plans that align with business goals
- Cultivate relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners

What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in business development or B2B sales
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

- Familiarity with the Columbus business community is a plus
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
