Requirements:

What You Bring to AMOREM:

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina CNA license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Flexibility and a desire for professional growth.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred, but not required. We will help you grow.

As a PCU CNA, You Will:

• Provide quality end-of-life bedside care with compassion and respect.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and dignity.
• Collaborate as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Support families through education, communication, and presence.
• Follow individualized plans of care and document accurately.
• Leverage technology to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain flexibility to meet patient and unit needs.
