MercyOne Forest City Family Medicine is actively seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our exceptional care team in Forest City, Iowa. This opportunity offers immediate patient volumes no need to build a patient base! Step into a well-established practice and make an impact from day one.
- Busy practice with instant volume
- Join team of 4 ARNPs
- Traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics practice
- Excellent work life balance supporting quality family time
- Minimal call - 1:6, by phone only
- Teaching opportunities available
- Specialist outreach- including Ortho and Podiatry
- Lab, X-Ray, EKG, behavioral services and family counseling on site
- Tenured RNs and experienced office staff
- 30 miles from MercyOne North Iowa in Mason City
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE
- $320,000 Total Bonus Package!
- 2-year income guarantee of $301,290 per year
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production
- Annual CME- $4k
