Essential Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Principal Investigator (PI) on at least 5 industry-focused drug trials in medical oncology.

Demonstrated history of publishing in peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on oncology research.

Experience in securing and managing industry-funded research projects.

Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials (e.g., FDA, ICH-GCP).

Experience in mentoring junior researchers and medical staff.

Experience in designing and implementing strategies for patient recruitment and retention in clinical trials.

History of successful collaboration with other researchers, institutions, and industry partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Strong background in designing, implementing, and overseeing clinical trials.

Demonstrated success in writing and securing grants from industry and government sources.

Strong skills in data analysis, biostatistics, and interpretation of research results.

History of presenting research findings at conferences and meetings.

Ability to adapt to new research methodologies and technologies.

Innovative thinking to develop new research questions and approaches.

Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
