ProSidian seeks a Program/Project Administration Support Specialist - Engineering (Time and Materials | Non-Exempt) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.
This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian team members (# FTe's: 1) work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category DA11030084) to fulfill T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements.
Provide project administrative support for development/preparation/document management in support of engineering activities on either a project and/or program for Savannah River Remediation (SRR). Conduct the analysis, design, development, implementation.
Program/Project Administration Support Specialist - Engineering candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and
1) Analyze, review, assess, and extract relevant information from technical design documents to assign and incorporate technical data into records/databases requiring little or no corrections with minimal supervision.
2) Support administration of databases development, changes and revisions.
3) Support administration of database maintenance.
4) Implement of records/documentation, including examination/evaluation records/documentation.
5) Develop and implement Program/Project plans.
6) Facilitate record/document reviews internally and externally.

The Program/Project Administration Support Specialist - Engineering shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Requisite work experience and technical skills to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the Program/Project Administrative Support Specialists working and performing tasks in the Energy Industry (Oil and Gas / Power and Utilities / Nuclear Energy) Bachelors Science or Associate Degree in Business, Communications, Education or English, with 10 years equivalent experience in project / technical support or document /configuration control in / nuclear/chemical facilities/environment. Candidate must be familiar with electronic document control and configuration management systems such as the SRS Linking Document Database (LDD)
Prior experience with Safety Basis Implementation at SRS.
Interpersonal skills so as to establish and cultivate positive working relationships and interfaces with both internal and external customers
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point A 40 hour work week schedule as anticipated for this position. SRR utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch. Standard Facilities Access required but a security clearance is not currently required for this position
