What You'll Do

Lead & Develop the Team

Create a positive, accountable, and engaging store culture

Coach supervisors and budtenders through regular feedback and performance conversations

Hire, onboard, and develop team members who align with company values

Build schedules that support both operational needs and team wellbeing

Oversee Operations & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with Maine cannabis regulations and internal standards

Oversee inventory accuracy, cash handling, and daily reporting

Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming retail space

Partner with senior leadership to implement process improvements

Drive Performance & Experience

Lead from the floor—visible, engaged, and customer-focused

Monitor sales trends and KPIs, and support the team in reaching goals

Maintain high standards for customer service and product knowledge

Support merchandising, promotions, and in-store initiatives

What We're Looking For

3+ years of retail leadership experience

Experience in a regulated or high-accountability environment preferred

A steady, professional presence during periods of growth or change

Someone who balances compassion with accountability

Strong organizational and communication skills

Must meet Maine cannabis licensing requirements

Salary

$60000 USD per year

Required Skills

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume retail sales environment.
• Proven track record of developing talent.

Desired Skills

• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working in a retail environment with inventory including some sort of regulated product (e.g., alcohol, pharmaceuticals, perishables, etc).
