Server/BOH Class Assistant (Part-Time | Friday & Saturday Evenings)Schedule:Part-timeFriday and/or Saturday shifts3:00pm11:00pm Friday2:00-10:00 SaturdayIdeal for someone looking for consistent weekend hoursAbout the Role:Our Friday and Saturday night classes are lively, high-energy, and guest-focused and were looking for Class Assistants who can help keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.What Youll Do:During evening classes, Class Assistants will:Set up cook stations and classrooms before classRestock oils, seasonings, butter, bar items, and guest suppliesSupport guest flow by assisting with check-in and apron distributionAssist guests with drinksAssist Chef during class (fetching items for Chef as needed, moving guests' food in/out of oven, occasionally preparing and serving side dishes for guests)Handle dishes, dishwashing, and kitchen sanitation throughout classReset dining areas between coursesComplete thorough end-of-night cleaning and closing checklistsHelp prepare the kitchen for the next days classesWhat Were Looking For:Dependable availability Friday & Saturday eveningsComfortable interacting with our guests and providing excellent customer serviceStrong attention to detail and cleanlinessFriendly, calm, and team-orientedPrior kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy This Role Is Great:Consistent weekend scheduleFun, social atmosphereDuring most shifts, you'll be in the classroom and will observe a variety of classes taught by professional chefsClear expectations and structured shiftsBe part of memorable guest experiences every weekendEarn tips in addition to hourly pay!Apply now and showcase your skills and experience
