Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.

Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) – Olympia, WA
This opportunity is with ATI Physical Therapy in Olympia, Washington — an outpatient orthopedic setting focused on helping patients return to work, sports, and daily life through individualized rehabilitation programs. ATI is one of the larger outpatient rehab networks in the country and is known for orthopedic care, sports rehab, post-op recovery, mobility training, and injury prevention.
Job Details
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Patient Population: Orthopedic, post-op, sports medicine, general outpatient
Typical Caseload: Mix of adult and active patient populations
EMR: ATI proprietary documentation system
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
Treat a variety of conditions including:
Post-surgical rehab
Sports injuries
Back and neck pain
Joint replacements
Balance and mobility deficits
Collaborate with PTAs and clinical staff
Provide patient education and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Preferred Experience
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
New graduates may be considered depending on support needs
Strong manual therapy and exercise progression skills helpful
Sports rehab background is a plus
