Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active NH. SNF UNIT license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience
• This position begins on 05/18/2026 and ends on 08/16/2026

Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.

License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist Opportunity – Nashua, NH
This SNF opportunity in Nashua is a great fit for a PT looking for a steady rehab environment with a strong mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and geriatric-focused patient care. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team helping patients improve independence, strength, gait, safety awareness, and overall quality of life.
Typical responsibilities include:


Evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans


Treating patients recovering from surgeries, illness, injury, or hospitalization


Working on transfers, gait training, balance, strengthening, and fall prevention


Collaborating with OT, SLP, nursing, and case management teams


Documenting progress and adjusting care plans as needed


Educating patients and families on mobility and safety strategies
