Job Description: PetData is seeking a full-time Assistant Account Manager. The position is 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday in the office. Responsibilities: The Assistant Account Manager provides direct support to Account Managers and will work on the following: Request and process data and records from clientsAssist Account Managers with client requests and updatesCommunicate with multiple departments to research client and customer issuesProcess and prepare batches of pet license sales and vaccination certificates from veterinary clinicsProofread and reconcile batches of pet license salesMake outbound calls and emails to follow up on reports or invoicesPrepare or request customer refunds according to policiesPerform other tasks as neededSkills/Qualifications: Proficient in Word and Excel. Organized, with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent customer service as well as written and verbal communication skills. Loves to problem-solve and do research. Able to manage and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, quick learner who enjoys learning new tasks and software. Pleasant, positive and works well with others.
