The OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity for a strong individual contributor who wants to shape how we support and grow our customer relationships.You'll work directly with leadership to define processes, establish best practices, and own the ongoing iteration and improvement of the function long-term. In this role, you'll champion relationships across the customer lifecyclefrom onboarding through renewal and expansionensuring our customers maximize their return on investment.This role is ideal for someone who has been an early CS team member at a startup before and wants to do it againsomeone who thrives on building, not just maintaining.What You'll DoBuild the Foundation Partner with leadership to define and document customer success processes, playbooks, and best practices that can scale as we grow Establish, track, and continuously refine success metrics (KPIs) to ensure measurable outcomes for customers and the business Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimizationDrive Customer Outcomes Manage implementation and onboarding to deliver smooth, timely launches that set customers up for success Drive product adoption and uncover expansion opportunities through proactive customer engagement Partner on renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities that create mutual valueCollaborate Cross-Functionally Work closely with product, engineering, support, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts and meet customer needs Gather, synthesize, and share customer feedback to inform product roadmap and strategic initiativesWho You Are 35 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role at a SaaS or software company Experience as an early CS team member at a startup or high-growth companyyou've helped build this function before Builder mentality: You thrive in environments where you're creating something new, not just maintaining existing processes Strong individual contributor who takes ownership and drives projects to completion without heavy oversightApply now and showcase your skills and experience
