• Hands on experience on various IT Services of Service-Now tool ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ServiceNow Integrations
• Consultant for implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, integrating third party
• application with ServiceNow module leveraging integration capabilities of ServiceNow
• Integrating ServiceNow with third party applications (e.g. Monitoring platform, automation platform,
• SIEM platform)
• Integrating CMDB with various data sources (e.g. SCCM, Discovery)
• Products & functions to be used : ServiceNow HR Service Delivery product
• (HR Employee Service Portal ; HR Case management ; HR Knowledge Base, HR Profile data),
• Integration Hub, API (e.g. REST, SOAP), Midserver based integrations
• Designed and implemented end-to-end Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for enterprise clients
• End-to-end implementation of HRSD, configuring HR Case Management, Knowledge Management,
• and Employee Center Pro.
• Deploy Employee Center portal with HRSD to centralize HR services, improve onboarding, and enhance
• compliance.
• Strong knowledge and implementation expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping),
• HRSD modules with an end to end implementation experience. Designed HRSD Case Types, lifecycle events,
• Employee Service Center (ESC) to Streamline HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Looking for a senior developer with seasoned hands-on development experience with ServiceNow HRSD and CSM.
• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow HRSD/CSM solutions.
• Advice TPM & Stakeholders on possibilities and use of ServiceNow HR SD,
• leveraging as much as possible out-of-the-box capabilities
• Consultation on integrating third party applications with ServiceNow
• Strong Knowledge of HR processes , Integration projects and best practices
• Excellent proficiency with ITSM components such as Service catalogue, Incident/Problem/change/
• request management, Knowledge management, Asset Management, CMDB etc.
• Working experience in catalogue design, service portal configuration, workflow, flow designer ,
• client side scripting and server side scripting.
• Strong experience in implementing, supporting & managing IT Asset management and configuration
• management in ServiceNow
• Designed and implemented end-to-end Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for enterprise clients
• End-to-end implementation of HRSD, configuring HR Case Management, Knowledge Management,
• and Employee Center Pro.
• Deploy Employee Center portal with HRSD to centralize HR services, improve onboarding, and enhance
• compliance.
• Strong knowledge and implementation expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping),

• Supports users in user acceptance testing and roll-out
• Ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform in terms familiar to a non-IT audience.
